Friendly reception and great breakfast
The hotel is located near the main train station in Prague, which is about 10 mins walk. The location of the hotel seems to be the residential area since a meal in a decent restaurant nearby the hotel is a lot cheaper than the "touristy" area. You can also walk to most tourist destinations from here.
The hotel is quite old, so everything in the room is old. Overall, it's clean!
However, the internet is fast enough for us to watch youtube or netflix.
Reception guy is very friendly and helpful with everything.
You also get breakfast which is included.
I totally recommend this place...
Girls trip away
Was a bit dubious as this was a relatively cheap getaway but was pleasantly surprised. Spacious bedrooms but could do with a fresh coat of paint but clean and towels changed every day. Fantastic choice of buffet breakfast, hot and cold. Only 3 tram stops away from the town centre. Would defiantly go back.
One night stay
Decent hotel that is easily navigated to using the public transport.
Stayed in the main building.
Buffet breakfast was adequate, room comfortable and clean.
Amenities as expected.
Value for money and would stay again...
We stayed there for 4 nights in August.
The location of the hotel was good, next to a tram station and near the old town (10 minutes by foot).
The room was very clean, and came with air conditioning as well as a safe.
However, the first room given to us had two single beds stuck together instead of a double bed. When explaining this to the man at the reception, he was very comprehensive and changed us to a room with an actual double bed. The breakfast room was quite beautiful and the food was very good.
Overall, we had a very good time staying in this hotel and would recommend it.
Good location but...
The Hotel is very well located near the train station. Few tram stop from the City center. Clean room, good bed. Good rate.
Our Bathroom was old. No air condition in the room.
Breakfast buffet with wide variety of products, sometimes not fresh or well presented.
Coffee not to the standard of a 4 star Hotel.
Consigliatissimo.
Sehr gutes, zentrales Hotel
Great hotel, very well priced
Just after staying here for 3 nights in July. A good location and easy to access the old town and surrounding bars/restaurants.
The room was clean the bed was so comfortably. A personal highlight was the air conditioning. Imagine walking in from 35°C outside to 18°C in the cosy hotel room, very satisfying.
Overall a nice stay in a city I have never visited, I would recommend this hotel to couples on a city break.
This hotel is really worth the value. The rooms are always clean and they come with a safe which is something I always require on a holiday.
The beds are comfy and come with there own mini fridge and fans, this was great as we didn’t always feel too hot! The utilities were great as we had a lovely sized bathroom and bedroom.
The breakfast was okay, it wasn’t anything special but was still enjoyable.
I would re visit if I do return to Prague.
spent 4 nights at this hotel, very clean, and beautiful comfy beds. lovely size room, and bathroom, fresh towels every day , it was a pleasure to stay here, plenty of choice at breakfast, if I had to make a negative remark, I would be picky, but not enough cupboard space for clothes, that would be my only criticism...
For Budget Travellers and good connectivity
Neat hotel with well maintained rooms. Hearty Breakfast buffet.
Courteous staff. Well connected, with tram station just a minute walk.
Only ting is they need to ork on the comfort levels, specially in june when summer was at peak and no airconditioning they should have had table fans which were not provided despite repeated request and four nights of sweaty stay. we understand they are not prepared for this extremes of heat.
One can check if they have introduced the same.
Else its a good hotel.
Two nights spent in the Ariston Patio, directly across from the main hotel and I’ve nothing but praise for this hotel. Reception and checking was swift and efficient. The rooms (between us we had 6) were excellent. Clean, bright, comfortable. Free safety deposit box, minibar and bedding and towels changed daily.
Breakfast is served in the main hotel over the road. Again, no complaints at all. Continental fare or sausage, egg, bacon and beans and copious amounts of coffee. What more could you want.
The hotels location is also very handy. A 100 metre walk (downhill) takes you to the tram stop stop. Trams are very frequent and all will have you in the old town within 5 minutes. Tram 9 is the one we used most frequently, getting off at Wenceslas Square and a lovely walk to the old town square.
My next trip to Prague will most certainly see me staying at The Ariston.
good beds, quiet room and a full selection for breakfast
Enjoyable stay here. Quiet away from heavy tourist traffic but if you plan on having a transit pass to see the sights easy as can be and quick to get into town. Worth the quiet good quality sleep to be away from the noise of the tourist part of town. Still close to everything particularly the Prague City Museum...
very good hotel
great hotel - we were offered room upgrades for free at the time of checking in. these new rooms were outstanding - if the rest of the rooms are of a similar standard then it's extremely good value for money. the breakfast included was brilliant - great choice of food - only thing I would say is missing is a hotel bar however this is a great one across the road. would definitely stay here again when I return to prague.
Fotos do restaurante do hotel!
Very Nice Hotel
The hotel has two buildings on either side of the road, we stayed opposite to where the reception is . The room was excellent with a very nice bathroom and a good size bed, there is a mini bar if required and a kettle with tea and coffee provided, it was also cleaned daily. All staff were very friendly and polite. We had to walk across the road to the other building for breakfast, which had a good selection of food . The hotel is a 20 minute walk into town, however there are plenty of trams running past. Prague railway station is a short walk down the road if you fancy exploring further. I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it...
Prague handball cup
Good place to stay during Prague handballcup! The Hotel is divided into two buildings, which is a minus. But spacious rooms, and nice and clean and friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was also good!...
Really enjoyed my stay in the hotel, room was not massively modern but spacious, clean and had all I needed. The bed was amazingly comfortable!!
Breakfast was quite basic but had loads od choices and the breakfast area was truly pretty.
Staff was really nice and helpful, I sadly had to shortened my stay and they made no fuss and refunded me straight away....
